Whether you have a minor injury, common cold or need surgery, the City of Fullerton is happy to provide you with contact information for doctors and nearby medical facilities located in town or nearby neighboring communities. 

The residents in Fullerton utilize the Genoa Community Hospital in Genoa, 18 miles east; Litzenberg Memorial Hospital in Central City, 20 miles south; and the Boone County Health Center in Albion, 22 miles north of Fullerton.

The Lone Tree Medical Clinic, located at 901 Broadway, is staffed daily by either a physician or a physician's assistant. The clinic has a full laboratory and x-ray and provides all medical services.  Outreach clinics including cardiology and orthopedics are held regularly in the clinic.

The Nance County Medical Clinic, located at 405 Broadway, is staffed daily by either a physician or a physician's assistant who commutes from Boone County Health Center in Albion.

Golden Living Communities, located at 300 North 2nd Street, has a capacity of 75 units. In addition to short- and long-term care, Fullerton Health also provides respite and adult day care. The professional staff provides 24-hour skilled nursing services; IV, physical, occupational, and speech therapy; peritoneal dialysis; specialized skin and wound care; medical transportation services; religious services; and full housekeeping and laundry services. Golden Living Communities also has 1 suite and 14 one-bedroom studios for a total of 15 units. Residents are provided with three meals a day, snacks, and medications.

Valley View Assisted Living is a 20-apartment assisted living residence offering two styles of large, private living units with the needs of residents in mind. Services provided include 24-hour certified staffing, laundry assistance, paid utilities, medication, bathing and dressing assistance as well as three nutritious meals served daily and a wide variety of activities and outings.
